The FJR is really beautiful though, and I love the color. And not only that, it is quite amazing how many motorcycles you’ve had. It's pretty fun on the twisty roads too.

The big Kawasaki is nearly perfect. A bit more range would be nice. the only time I was ever nervous was the 160 miles from Alamo, NV to Tonopah, NV. There's no gas stops in between, and I was fighting a huge headwind. I just kept the pace down (hard to do on that bike).

Thanks again,
Erik.Erik Rhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08051303728879129181noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5247474336436209096.post-21757174608539247412011-12-02T05:03:23.831-06:002011-12-02T05:03:23.831-06:00I believe the nighthawk would take the lead prize ...I believe the nighthawk would take the lead prize in 'dorkiest motorcycle ever made' if they weren't so ambiguous. I sure hope you weren't hurt as bad as the bike when you tangled with the antelope.

I've owned 4 bikes including my current ride.
