Brrrrr!!!

OK, so it's nowhere near record cold for Wisconsin*, but it's still cold! -16.5 degrees F (-27 C)

* Coldest December temp in WI.... December 19, 1983 -52 Couderay, in Sawyer County... Not far from here.

  1. On the plus side, the colder it gets the better the traction until you hit about -40.

My condolences. It's +27° today! How's that for weird...

    1. Please do. It will be a few months before any bike make it out of my garage!

  5. Damn, you are making our 15-20 degree temps look like Bahama weather. Good thing you have all that wood for the fireplace. Do you have enough in the garage you don't have to go outside for it?

Coldest I've experienced is -36˚F (-38˚C) once in Montreal and once in Edmonton. Not sure what the wind chills were but I don't care to experience it again.

    1. There's still plenty of wood in the garage!

Anything under -20 or so all feels COLD!

  6. My new supervisor recently left his San Diego home to lead us in Minnesota.......it's actually been kind of fun :)

Some are still riding.....things are at rest in our garage and will be for the next months, though summer event tickets have been purchased and time off is being requested.

    1. San Diego to the north must be a hue change for the supervisor.
